"It's just sad the way that Shaun the owner Behaving. This agency charged my card without me knowing for a high amount, they didn't even call to inform me, and everything that happens they say it was "accidentally" and it’s never happened before ,then I received a charge without knowing that there was a price increase and that was also "accidentally". I physically went to the branch and Shaun was really rude and I really didn't feel comfortable over there without apologizing for anything. I arrived really calm and left very disappointed and embarrassed . Even his employees lowered their heads and were ashamed of the way he spoke to me. I will never do insurance over there and for an suggest any person to simply not go there. It's a shame for a State Farm aand it's just scary that my credit card will be in the hands of such people."
